3. By the last order dated 15.04.2025, the petitioner had taken time to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit filed by the respondents. However, no rejoinder has been filed till today. Patna High Court CWJC No.13503 of 2015(6) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 On previous occasions also, the petitioner has not been sincere in pursuing this case, which is reflected by the order dated 21.03.2025.
4. For the aforesaid reasons, the present writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
