7. Selection of Developer.
(1)The State Government shall select the Developer, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, for the purpose of development of the area or areas, identified as a Special Economic Zone.(2)Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of sub-section (1), any Developer selected prior to coming into force of this Act, shall be deemed to have been validly selected under this Act.
