1. Short title and commencement :
(1)This Act may be called the Indira Gandhi National Tribal University Act, 2007(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [8th July 2008, vide notification No. S.O. 1630(E), dated 7th July, 2008] as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
