Section 46(1) in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
(1)Nothing in the Indian Registration Act, 1908, shall be deemed to require the registration of any document or map prepared, made or sanctioned in pursuance of this Act in connection with any plan which has come into force.
