Section 8(2)(g) in The Delhi Police (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1980

(g)Punishment drill.-(1) Punishment drill shall consist of drill with a musket or rifle and rolled great cost for not more than six or less than four hours in any one day, with an interval of atleast 30 minutes between each hour. Only such days shall be counted towards the completion of an award of punishment drill on which the drill is actually carried out.
