Section 37(11) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998

(11)The provisions relating to the District Planning Committee as referred to in this section shall take effect only when the District Planning Committees as constituted under section 184 of the Sikkim Municipalities Act, 1995.
