Section 24 in Gujarat State Higher Education Council Act, 2016
24. Protection of acts done in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Council or any member or officer or employee of the Council for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith or action taken in pursuance of this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder.
