Section 254(1) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968

(1)Pay:

Name of the post	Scale of Pay
(a) Chairman	Rs. 5,900-200-6;700
(b) Members	Rs. 4,500-150-6,700

Provided that the salary of a person appointed as the Chairman or a member who has retired as a District Judge, or who has retired from service under the State Government shall not be less than the salary paid or payable to him at the time of such retirement:Provided further that the aforementioned pay of a person referred to in the first proviso who is in receipt of or has become entitled to receive any retirement benefit by way of pension, shall be reduced by the gross amount of pension, including commuted portion of pension, if any.
