Section 26 in The Gujarat Maritime Board Act, 1981
26. Power of Board to undertake certain works.
(1)The Board may undertake to carry out on behalf of any person any works or services or any class of works or services, on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Board and the person concerned.(2)The Board may, if it considers necessary or expedient in the public interest so to do, lend any of its vessels or appliances or the services of any of its employees to any person for such period not exceeding three months and on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Board and the person concerned.
