Section 31(1) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2016
(1)In accordance with section 62 of the Act, the Commission shall determine the tariff for-(i)Supply of electricity by a generating company to a distribution licensee;(ii)Transmission of electricity;(iii)Wheeling of electricity;(iv)Retail sale of electricity.
