Section 24(2) in Rajasthan Habitual Offenders Rules, 1955
(2)The Superintendent of Police shall be the final authority to grant such permit, but the Station House Officer of Circle Inspector may grant such permit for a period not exceeding 15 days at a time, under intimation to the Superintendent of Police.
