Section 16(3) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(3)The person to be appointed as a Head Coach shall be a trainer/teacher/ Lecturer/Professor of the University or be eligible to teach in any of the affiliated courses of the University in any college/institution, a trainer/teacher/Lecturer/Professor who has at least won a medal in National Championship (Senior category National Games and preferably played at the National or International Level in an Olympic Sport discipline.
