52.
The federation shall have a common seal bearing the name and emblem (if any) of the federations approved by t he Board.The common seal shall remain in the custody of the Managing Director and shall be used under the authority of the resolution of the Board. The common seal shall be affixed to any deed, document or instrument to which it is required to be affixed only under the authority of the Board and in the presence of two of the members of the Board and the Managing Director or a person appointed by the Board in place of the Managing Director.
