(iv)A student may be dismissed by the controlling authority for continued idleness or serious misconduct; and, if so dismissed, he may be declared unfit for employment as a teacher. If he is a stipendiary student, he shall also be required to refund the whole amount drawn by him from State, Local or Municipal funds.
