Section 8F(3)(vii) in Employees Provident Funds Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952

(vii)The Central Provident Fund Commissioner or the officer so authorized may, at any time or from time to time, amend or revoke any notice issued under this sub-section or extend the time for making any payment in pursuance of such notice.
