(7)Every recognised institution and every examination held by such institutions shall be inspected by the [Council] [This word was substituted for the word 'Faculty' by Maharashtra 23 of 1982, Section 28] through its Inspectors or visitors at least once in five years, and more frequently if the [Council] [This word was substituted for the word 'Faculty' by Maharashtra 23 of 1982, Section 28] so desires.
