Section 105(3) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(3)Where a request for withdrawal has not been made by the applicant within the time specified in clause (a) of sub-regulation (2), it shall be presumed that he has accepted the findings of the medical authority and the Director (Administration) shall take action to authorise the payment of commuted value of pension.
