Section 364(1) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(1)The Commissioner may make an inspection of any premises to which a private water supply is provided by the Corporation in order to -(a)remove, test, examine and replace any meter for measuring water; or(b)examine any supply or distributing pipe, cistern, lock or fitting; or(c)see if there is any waste or misuse of water.
