Section 5A(2) in Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966
(2)Every market committee shall have a Chairman [nominated] [Substituted by Act No.5 of 2015.] from among its members specified in clause (i) of sub-section (1) and Vice-Chairman [nominated] [Substituted by Act No.5 of 2015.] from among its members specified in clauses (i) and (ii) of subsection (1) by the Government in consultation with the Director of Marketing.
