9. Bar to affiliation.
(1)The University shall not admit any college or institution to the privilege of affiliation.(2)The University may open any off campus, offshore campus, and study centre, examination centre in or out of the State of Jharkhand only after the prior approval of University Grants Commission or such regulatory body established by the Government or State or Central Government, as the case may be.(3)Courses under Distance mode can be started only after the prior approval of University Grants Commission or such regulatory body established by the Government.
