(5)Duplicate pass. - The duplicate copy of the pass shall accompany the consignment of liquor, and must be produced by the transporter in the requisition of any Excise Officer of or above the rank of Sub-Inspector or any other officer specially authorised in this behalf by the District Collector, who may at any time, examine such consignments.
