Section 57(1) in Bihar Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1980
(1)The Commissioner of Labour, Bihar or the District Magistrate or the Inspector or any other authority under the Act shall have powers to call for any information or statistics in relation to migrant workmen from any contractor, Principal Employer at any time by an order in writing.
