Section 3(a) in The Chhattisgarh Excise Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Foreign Liquor (In District Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Dhamtari and Mahasamund) Rules, 2001
(a)Subject to the provision of these rules and subject to the payment of licence fee and security amount, the retail shop for sale of foreign liquor shall be settled or resettled by fixed fee system as specified herein.
