Section 16 in Tripura Foodgrains (Distribution) Control Order, 1972
16. Appointed retailer to supply foodgrains against cards.
- On demand and offer of price by or on behalf of holders of family card an appointed retailer shall not refuse to supply foodgrains of appropriate quantities against such cards until the stock with him is completely exhausted.
