2. This matter has been taken up twice. Even after granting a passover, Mr. Suryavanshi, proxy counsel appearing for the Appellant, submits that the main counsel, Mr. L.K. Singh, is not available.
3. A perusal of the last six orders shows that the matter has been repeatedly adjourned. Last and final opportunity is granted to the Appellant to make his submissions in respect of the substantial questions of law, if any, that arise in this matter.
