Section 12(i) in The National Environment Appellate Authority (Salary, Allowances And Conditions Of Service Of Chairperson And Vice-Chairperson) Rules, 1998
(i)The Vice-Chairperson shall be entitled to dearness allowance and city compensatory allowance at the rates admissible to a Secretary to the Government of India.
