Section 41(1) in The U.P. Harcourt Butler Technical University Act, 2016
(1)The University shall enter into a written contract of service with every employee, other than existing employees, appointed, on regular basis or otherwise, and the terms and conditions of the contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statues and the Ordinances.
