Section 39 in The Central Agricultural University Act, 1992
39. Protection of action taken in good faith.
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Board, any authority or officer or other employee of the University for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, the Statutes or the Ordinances. 295
