Section 7(2) in Andhra Pradesh Colleges of Education (Regulation of Admissions into B.Ed. Course through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006
(2)The part of the State comprising the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam shall regarded as the Local Area for the purpose of Admission to Andhra University, Acharya Nagarjuna University and Adikavi Nannaya University and to any other Educational Institutions (other than a State-wise University or State-wide Educational Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.
