Section 5(1) in Telangana Heritage (Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Maintenance) Act, 2017
(1)The Government may, either suo motu or on the recommendation of the Director, for the purposes of identifying the tangible heritage of Telangana and for other specific purposes, constitute as many Expert Committees as possible consisting of such Members along with the criteria in the manner prescribed.
