(3)Within a year of the date of notification issued under sub-section (2) or such longer period as may be specially permitted by the State Government in this behalf, the Board shall prepare a layout plan of the area showing the sites of proposed roads, parks play fields, residential localities, industrial areas, access lanes to the adjacent highway, etc.
