Section 109(i) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017
(i)The Chairperson, Vice-chairperson and all the Member of the Market Committee shall, as with effect from the date of publication of the notification, be deemed to have vacated their offices.
