Section 26(1) in The Rajasthan Subordinate Co-Operative Service (Class I) Rules, 1955
(1)For purposes of recruitment by promotion to the Service, a selection strictly on Seniority-cum- merit shall be made from among all the members of the Rajasthan Subordinate Co-operative Service (Class II) eligible for such promotion under the provision of these Rules on the first day of the month of April of year of selection.
