Section 20(2) in Hyderabad Metropolitain Water Supply Sewerage Act, 1989
(2)If any building, wall or other structure be so erected or any street be so laid, the Public Health Engineer in charge of water supply or any other officer authorized by the Board in this behalf may cause the same to be removed or otherwise dealt with as he deems fit and the expenses thereby incurred shall be paid by the persons contravening the provisions of sub-section (1).
