Section 760 in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders

760.

The District Judge, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and after hearing the clerk in his defence, if he so desires, may order the removal of any recognized clerk and strike off his name from the register, and on the passing of such order the clerk shall cease to be a recognized clerk. Every such order shall be communicated to all concerned as in Rule 756.Note. - Proceedings taken against clerks under this rule are administrative and not judicial proceedings.
