42 09-12-2025Re: I.A. No. 12 of 2025 This application has been filed for informing the court with regard to attainment of majority of respondent nos. 4, 5, 13, 14, 15 and 23.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the aforesaid respondents had attained majority and died during the pendency of this appeal leaving behind their heirs and legal representatives who have been substituted in their places by way of different interlocutory applications on different dates by order of this Court.
3. Considering the facts and averments made in this Patna High Court SA No.371 of 1988(42) dt.09-12-2025 5/5 application, the respondent nos. 4, 5, 13, 14, 15 and 23 be treated to have attained majority.
4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 12 of 2025 is disposed of.
