Section 44(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, no information relating to business of transmission, supply or distribution of gas carried on by any person shall be disclosed by the Authority without the consent of the person so long as the business is carried on; if ouch information -(a)is obtained by the Authority by or under this Act, and(b)is confidential in nature.
