Section 1A in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
1A. [ Applicability. [Inserted by Notification No. HPERC/151/Vol-III, dated 10.6.2019.]
- These regulations shall apply in relation to the functions to be performed and duties to be discharged by the Commission under the provisions of the Act and these regulations shall, mutatis mutandis as far as practicable and possible, apply also to the proceedings to be conducted by the Commission or by an adjudicating officer appointed under section 27 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 or under any law for the time being in force, so far these are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act (ibid) or the provisions of such other law, as the case may be.]
