6. [ Classification of political parties. [Substituted by Notification No. 56/2000/Judl.iii, dated 01.12.2000.]
(1)For the purposes of this Order and for such other purposes as the Commission may specify as and when necessity therefore arises, political parties are either recognised political parties or un-recognised political parties.(2)A recognised political party shall either be a National party or a State party.
