Section 17(1) in Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008
(1)A candidate who gets admission shall have to pay such fees, at such stages, as may be determined by the Fee Regulatory Committee constituted under section 9 of the Act, for the unaided colleges or institutions.
