The bundles will be arranged on the racks, class by class, and in each class year by year in sequence. As the time for destruction of records of Classes II, III, IIIA and IV (other than those comprising A files and IV-A of a particular year arrives, the bundle or bundles for that year will be removed from the rack or section of a rack which they occupy, and the rack will then become available for the records of the in-coming year.
