Section 14(1) in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958
(1)Any landlord receiving rent from any tenant in terms of service or labour shall within twelve months from the date of the coming into force of this Act apply to the [Mamlatdar] [The word 'Mamlatdar' was substituted for the word 'Tahsildar' by Schedule III, Clause 1.] for commuting such rent into cash. Such application shall be made in such form as may be prescribed.
