1. Counsel for the parties state that the judgment dated 6th September, 2023 has been assailed by way of appeal which is now listed to be heard on 14th March, 2024. Further, another related matter titled 'MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd. v. Google LLC & Ors.'1 is also likely to be listed shortly before the Supreme Court. Since the decisions in the aforenoted proceedings would have a bearing on the present matter, the counsel for parties seek and are granted an adjournment.
