(2)Specified timber covered under Forest Produce pass, free or paid Nistar Passes, commutation pass or money receipt issued by the Vendor/Forest Officer may be transported to the limit of quantity specified therein in accordance with the rules, prevalent in respect of such passes for the time being in force in different regions of the State.
