Section 61(1) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015
(1)Every institution shall ensure the observance of the Protocol for prevention and protection of children from abuse, exploitation and neglect and maltreatment within the institutions, as prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
