When the copy is delivered lo the applicant his receipt therefor with the date will be taken on the reverse of the application, the counterfoil being at the same time given up. Unused folios returned with the copy should be noted by the applicant in the receipt taken as above from him. The counterfoil will be kept attached to the application.
