Mr. Shashank Garg, learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India (UoI) submits that even though UoI is not a party to the present matter, an order in FAO(OS)(COMM)70/2024 passed by the Division Bench on 09.05.2024 to which the UoI is a party, may have some bearing on the matter under consideration before this Bench. Since a copy of the said order is not yet available, he prays that hearing be deferred.
