36. Water meters.
(1)Every owner or occupier of the premises having or seeking water supply connection from the Board, shall provide at his own cost water meter and attach the same to the service pipe.(2)The installation, use, maintenance and testing of meters and disconnection of water supply shall be regulated by bye-laws made into this behalf.
