Section 2(l) in Uttaranchal School Education Act, 2006
(l)"Management" in relation to any institution, means the Committee of Management constituted in accordance with the Scheme of administration, if any, and included the Manager or other person vested with the authority to manage and conduct the affairs of the institution;
