Challenging the order dated 15.02.2013 made in I.A.Nos.973 and 972 of 2012 in O.S.No.200 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Dharapuram, the present Civil Revision Petitions have been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself has been disposed of on 10.03.2015.
4.In such view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in these Civil Revision Petitions and the same shall stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
